Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing either by regular mail or email.
60 days- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat will be fully refunded.
30 days- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat, can be fully applied to another retreat within a one year period. If you send another person to fill your space, your deposit is transferable.
Within 30 days- Cancellations made within 30 days, are non-refundable but are transferable. We highly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance as we are not able to refund your deposits or retreat under any circumstance.
TRANSPORTATION Additional Fee for airport pick-up $50.00 each way per person, There is 1/2 price discount for the 2nd person with couples.
ROOMS All room rates are based on double occupancy. Private rooms are available for an additional fee of $100.00. They are available on a first come first serve basis.
DEPOSITS In order to reserve your space, a $225.00 deposit is required. The balance of your fee is payable 30 days before the retreat.
