Meditation

Meditation teaches us about detachment and how to become the observer, releasing the desire to attain something or to hold on. Having a regular meditation practice, one can live in peace without mindless chatter.
The more one practices meditation, the easier it becomes.
Let us understand meditation as a daily practice for any life-style, rather than having to sit still for long hours as a Yogi does. This is not for everyone. We can practice our meditation out in nature, on a morning walk, during a coffee break at work, or sitting in silence.
There are many ways to commune with God.
The important thing to remember is to find the time to do it. We are our thoughts. The more we can quiet the mind, the more peace we will have. Focus your attention on positive thoughts and create a positive experience for yourself and your loved ones.
