Weight Issues
The reason that much of America is overweight is our fast paced society. We are on the go, not taking the proper time to feel, be and listen to our own inner calling, opening our hearts to one another. We grab food on the run, not taking the proper time to taste it or appreciate our bodies for housing our souls.
Meals are a ritual time of sharing and giving thanks for all that we have and appreciating our lives and loved ones. How many people you know take the time to bless their food and loved ones before eating?
Maybe if we change our perspective about food, and begin to let go of the harmful thoughts and emotions that we carry around with us, we can begin to release the extra protection of weight, begin to feel by opening our hearts and celebrate life and the preciousness of each other.
It is never about us happy, but being and sharing our love with each other.
